Judge shamed elderly Muslim cancer patient for not cutting his grass

Michigan’s 31st District Judge Alexis G. Krot should know better than shaming a 72-year old Muslim cancer patient Burhan Chowdhury of Hamtramck, for not being able to cut the grass on his yard. Instead of showing understanding and compassion for the elderly cancer-patient, the judge admonished him for not doing something he’s not able to do. “You should be ashamed of yourself!” Krot said on Monday. “If I could give you jail time on this, I would.” She said. Judge Krot was vicious and lacked compassion when she dealt with Mr. Chowdhury. The least judge Krot can do is to issue an apology for Mr. Choudhury for her mistreatment of him.
